  • What is the difference between a charge card and a credit card?

In a charge card, the balance outstanding must be paid in full on or before payment due date. Whereas in a credit card (also known as revolving credit), only 10% may be paid and the balance to be carried forward to pay in future months with a Finance Charge of 1.75% per month.

  • How do I renew the card when it expires?

Cards are renewed automatically and it will be sent to your statement address.

  • How often will I receive statements?

Diners Club will provide you with a monthly statement detailing the balance on your account. This statement will also include a summary of your accumulated rewards points. If, however, the balance is zero and there has been no activity (e.g., payments, charges, transactions) during the billing period, Diners Club will not send a statement.

  • How do I find out my balance between statements?

The Customer Service Centre is able to confirm balances at any time - 800 244 0244. Statements and balances can also be obtained online once this feature is introduced.

  • What do I have to do if I have a question relating to any of the charges?

If you have a question, you must contact the Customer Service Centre on 800 244 0244 within 30 days of the date of receipt of the account statement on which the expense you are querying appears. In your call, explain the issue and be prepared to send any supporting documentation.
